Gluten-Free Waffles

INGREDIENTS

1 ¾ cup The Grain Exchange Gluten Free Flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk (or plain milk)
¾ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

Mix eggs, milk(s), vegetable oil ,vanilla and sugars. Add all of the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Careful not to overmix. Pour into preheat, greased waffle iron. Yields approximately 8 waffles.
